Refund & Exchange Policy

• You may try on the item at the time of delivery, If it’s not suitable, you may return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fee.
• Refunds are only allowed at the time of delivery. Once the order is accepted, refunds will no longer be possible.
• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• To arrange an exchange, please contact us directly within the 48-hour window.
• All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will resolve it promptly.

Product Care

• Preferably dry clean to maintain fabric and fit
• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
• If needed, hand wash gently in cold water
• Avoid using a washing machine
• Do not tumble dry
• Always wash inside out to protect delicate textures
• Iron inside out at a maximum of 40°C, using low heat preferably inside out
